Every deliverable is built inside your environment, on your licenses, owned by your firm from day one — playbooks, agent configurations, prompt libraries, documentation, training materials. If we part ways tomorrow, everything keeps running where it already runs. Nothing lives on my laptop.
Whose side I'm on
I never run GP-side and LP-side work on the same relationship. If I'm advising your firm, I won't take an assignment from an allocator diligencing you, and the reverse holds too. The engagement letter states this in writing, along with confidentiality terms.
